The fastest way to reach Ochoa's Tire Service is by phone — both Long Beach locations have dedicated lines that ring at the shop, not a call center. Cherry Ave is open seven days a week including Sundays. Paramount Blvd is open Monday through Saturday. If you call during business hours and don't get an answer, the team is usually under a car — leave a message with your name, vehicle, and what you need, and you'll get a callback within the hour.

Walk-ins are welcome at both locations for tires, flat repairs, rotations, balance, TPMS, and most quick service. Brake work, alignments, suspension repairs, and any job that needs parts ordered are easier if you call ahead so we can schedule a bay and have the parts on the shelf when you arrive. For tire orders specifically, knowing your tire size (the 225/45R17 format on your sidewall) ahead of the call speeds up pricing and stock confirmation significantly.
