Ochoa's Tire Service is a family-owned tire and auto service business with two locations in Long Beach, California. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Effective date: August 5, 2026.
Information you give us
When you request a tire quote, contact us, or apply for a fleet account through a form on this site, we collect what you type in: your name, phone number, email address, the services or tires you're asking about, your preferred location, and any notes you add. Fleet applications may also include your business name and fleet size.
We use this information for one purpose: to respond to you and provide the service you asked about. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.
Text messages (SMS)
If you ask us to reply to your quote request by text, we will text you at the number you provided about that request. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent collected on this site are used only to communicate with you about your request — we do not share phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies from third-party services to understand how the site is used and to advertise our shop:
- Google Analytics — anonymous usage statistics (pages visited, device type, general location) that help us improve the site. See Google's privacy policy.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — records site visits so we can show our ads to past visitors on Facebook and Instagram. See Meta's privacy policy and your Meta ad preferences.
- Netlify — hosts this website and processes form submissions. See Netlify's privacy policy.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work.
Third-party financing
Financing on our site is provided by outside companies such as Snap Finance. If you apply for financing, you apply directly with that company on their site, under their privacy policy — we never see or store your financing application, credit information, or Social Security number.
Your California privacy rights
If you live in California, you have the right to ask us what personal information we have about you, to ask us to delete or correct it, and to opt out of the "sharing" of your information for cross-context advertising (that's the Meta Pixel described above). We will never discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We don't trade it, rent it, or hand it to data brokers. The only "sharing" that happens is the advertising cookie described above, and you can shut that off.
To make any of these requests, call us at 562-422-4449, email info@otslongbeach.com, or ask in person at either shop. We may need to verify who you are before we act on a request about your information — usually by confirming the phone number or email you originally gave us. You can use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
To opt out of advertising cookies specifically, use your browser's cookie controls or your Meta ad preferences. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal — if your browser or extension sends one, we treat it as an opt-out of cross-context advertising for that browser.
How long we keep information
We keep quote requests and service records as long as we need them to serve you and to meet California's recordkeeping requirements for automotive repair dealers, which run several years. Analytics data expires on the schedule set by Google Analytics. If you ask us to delete your information and we're not required to keep it, we will.
How we protect information
This site runs over HTTPS, form submissions are transmitted encrypted, and access to quote records is limited to shop staff who need it. No system is perfect and we won't pretend otherwise, but we don't collect payment card numbers or Social Security numbers on this website at all — which is the best protection there is.
Children
This site is for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and its effective date.
