All advertised prices are starting prices for the described service on most passenger vehicles. Final pricing depends on vehicle make, model, year, parts required, labor time, and condition. As required by California law, you will receive a written estimate before any work begins, and authorization will be obtained before any additional work is performed. Diagnostic fees, if any, will be disclosed in advance.
Advertised prices do not include applicable California sales tax (Long Beach rate: 10.50%), the California tire fee ($1.75 per new tire as required by Public Resources Code §42885), tire disposal fees, hazardous waste fees, shop supply fees, or any other state, local, or environmental charges. These will be itemized on your final invoice.
"4-tire purchase" means the purchase and installation of four (4) new tires in a single transaction. Mounting, balancing, valve stems, TPMS service, and applicable taxes and fees are additional unless explicitly included in the offer. Free or discounted services tied to tire purchases are forfeited if all four tires are not retained at installation.
"Lifetime" means for the useful tread life of the original tires purchased from Ochoa's Tire Service, defined as more than 2/32" remaining tread depth. Coverage is non-transferable, applies only to the original purchaser, and is valid only while the tires remain on the vehicle on which they were originally installed. Original receipt required.
Free brake inspection includes visual inspection of pads, rotors, calipers, and hoses. The $25 discount applies only when both brake pads and rotors are purchased AND installed by Ochoa's Tire Service in the same transaction. Inspection-only visits do not qualify for the discount. Additional repairs (calipers, hoses, brake fluid, hardware) are quoted separately.
Free Tire Pressure Monitoring System reset applies to standard relearn procedures included with new tire or wheel installation purchased from Ochoa's Tire Service. Faulty or damaged sensors requiring replacement are billed separately at standard rates. Some specialty vehicles, European makes, and aftermarket TPMS systems may require additional programming time billed at posted shop labor rates.
10% discount applies to labor and parts at posted retail pricing. Valid identification required at time of write-up: active-duty military ID, VA card, DD-214, or active department/agency credentials for police, fire, EMT, paramedic, or sheriff personnel. Cannot be combined with other percentage-based discounts. One discount per transaction. Discount does not apply to taxes, state-mandated fees, or third-party financing fees.

Ochoa's Tire Service operates two separately licensed Automotive Repair Dealers regulated by the State of California Bureau of Automotive Repair: Cherry Ave (ARD #297481) and Paramount Blvd (ARD #302281). You are entitled to a written estimate before work begins and authorization before any additional work is performed, in accordance with California Business and Professions Code §9884.9. Complaints can be filed with the Bureau of Automotive Repair at 1-800-952-5210 or bar.ca.gov.
All services are backed by Ochoa's Tire Service workmanship warranty as posted in-store. Tire and parts manufacturer warranties are governed by the manufacturer and apply per their published terms. Warranty claims require the original invoice.
