General Terms

All offers valid only at Ochoa's Tire Service locations: 6595 Cherry Ave, Long Beach, CA 90805 and 6990 Paramount Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90805. To be valid, an offer or coupon must be presented to the service writer, printed or on your phone, before service begins and before your repair order is written up. Offers cannot be added after work has started or applied to a completed invoice. Offers cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, fleet pricing, commercial accounts, or previous purchases unless explicitly stated. Ochoa's Tire Service reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any offer at any time without prior notice. Void where prohibited by law.

Coupon Rules

• Present it before service begins. Show the offer, printed or on your phone, to the service writer before your repair order is written up. Offers shown after work has started, or after you've paid, are not valid.
• One offer per vehicle per visit.
• No cash value. Offers can't be redeemed for cash, store credit, or gift cards, and no change is given.
• Screenshots and printouts are accepted. Altered, duplicated for resale, or sold coupons are void.
• Discounts come off before sales tax. Tax is charged on the discounted price.
• Passenger cars and light trucks. Commercial, fleet, and medium- or heavy-duty vehicles are excluded unless the offer says otherwise.
• Expiration. Each offer is valid through the date shown on it. Offers without a date are standing programs that we'll update on this page if they change.
• Price errors. If a price on this page is wrong because of a typo, we'll tell you before any work begins, and you can decline the service.

Pricing & Estimates

All advertised prices are starting prices for the described service on most passenger vehicles. Final pricing depends on vehicle make, model, year, parts required, labor time, and condition. As required by California law, you will receive a written estimate before any work begins, and authorization will be obtained before any additional work is performed. Diagnostic fees, if any, will be disclosed in advance.

Taxes & Fees Not Included

Advertised prices do not include applicable California sales tax (Long Beach rate: 10.50%), the California tire fee ($1.75 per new tire as required by Public Resources Code §42885), tire disposal fees, hazardous waste fees, shop supply fees, or any other state, local, or environmental charges. These will be itemized on your final invoice.

Tire Purchase Terms

"4-tire purchase" means the purchase and installation of four (4) new tires in a single transaction. Mounting, balancing, valve stems, TPMS service, and applicable taxes and fees are additional unless explicitly included in the offer. Free or discounted services tied to tire purchases are forfeited if all four tires are not retained at installation.

Lifetime Tire Rotation (Offer 1)

"Lifetime" means for the useful tread life of the original tires purchased from Ochoa's Tire Service, defined as more than 2/32" remaining tread depth. Coverage is non-transferable, applies only to the original purchaser, and is valid only while the tires remain on the vehicle on which they were originally installed. No receipt needed: we look up your purchase by name or phone number.

Brake Inspection & Discount (Offer 2)

Free brake inspection includes visual inspection of pads, rotors, calipers, and hoses. The $25 discount applies only when both brake pads and rotors are purchased AND installed by Ochoa's Tire Service in the same transaction. Inspection-only visits do not qualify for the discount. Additional repairs (calipers, hoses, brake fluid, hardware) are quoted separately.

TPMS Reset (Offer 3)

The free Tire Pressure Monitoring System reset covers the relearn procedure when you buy new tires or wheels from Ochoa's Tire Service and we install them. Reprogramming sensors is a flat $50 for the whole vehicle, not per sensor. TPMS service without a tire or wheel purchase is the same flat $50. New sensors are $99 each, with installation, programming, and relearn included.

Military, Veteran & First Responder Discount (Offer 4)

10% discount applies to labor and parts at posted retail pricing. Valid identification required at time of write-up: active-duty military ID, VA card, DD-214, or active department/agency credentials for police, fire, EMT, paramedic, or sheriff personnel. Cannot be combined with other percentage-based discounts. One discount per transaction. Discount does not apply to taxes, state-mandated fees, or third-party financing fees.

Free Tire Pressure Check (Offer 5)

Available during posted business hours at both locations. No purchase or appointment required. Service is provided as a courtesy and is subject to bay availability and shop traffic. Ochoa's Tire Service is not liable for tire condition, age, or damage existing prior to the courtesy check.

Financing (Offer 6)

Financing is provided by third-party lenders, not by Ochoa's Tire Service. Approval, terms, interest rates, fees, and repayment schedules are determined solely by the third-party lender based on the applicant's creditworthiness. Not all applicants will qualify. Ochoa's Tire Service makes no representations or guarantees regarding approval. See in-store for current providers and complete program terms.

Free Tread Depth Check (Offer 7)

We measure the tread depth on all four tires and show you the readings, at either location during business hours, with no purchase required. Subject to bay availability. Any tire or repair recommendation is quoted in writing before work begins, and you're never obligated to buy.

Free Rotation With Full Synthetic Oil Change (Offer 8)

The free tire rotation applies only during the same visit as a paid full synthetic oil change. It includes rotating all four tires, setting tire pressures, and measuring tread depth. Vehicles with staggered (different front and rear) tire sizes, directional setups that can't be rotated, or a full-size spare rotation are excluded. Synthetic blend and conventional oil changes don't qualify.

Warranty Information

All services are backed by Ochoa's Tire Service workmanship warranty as posted in-store. Tire and parts manufacturer warranties are governed by the manufacturer and apply per their published terms. Warranty claims require the original invoice.
