PERFORMANCE WHEELS

Forged monoblock, 3-piece, flow-formed — lightweight wheels that make your car faster and sharper. We fit performance wheels on sports cars, tuners, and track builds at both Long Beach locations.

CONSTRUCTION TYPES

Not all performance wheels are created equal. The manufacturing process determines weight, strength, and price. Here's what each construction type means for your build.

Forged Monoblock

Single-piece forged aluminum. The lightest construction available — each wheel is stronger and lighter than cast equivalents at the same size.

3-Piece Forged

Separate center, inner barrel, and outer lip bolted together. Allows custom width and offset combinations — the choice for race cars and show builds.

Flow-Formed

A hybrid process where a cast wheel is spun and stretched under pressure — significantly stronger and lighter than standard casting. Best value-to-weight ratio.

Cast Performance

Standard casting in performance-focused designs. Heavier than forged but budget-friendly and available in more styles. Correct for street-only builds.

WHY WHEEL WEIGHT MATTERS

Unsprung weight is the weight your suspension has to control — and wheels are a big piece of that. Reducing unsprung weight improves acceleration, braking, and handling more noticeably than the same weight reduction elsewhere on the car.

Rotational Mass

Because wheels rotate, their effective weight penalty is greater than their actual weight. A 5-lb reduction per wheel at the rim has roughly the same performance effect as removing 10+ lbs of static weight from the car. Serious tuners always go lightweight here first.

Fitment for Track Use

Track fitments need more than correct bolt pattern — they need proper offset so the wheel doesn't contact the suspension at full lock or full compression. They also need to clear the brake caliper. We measure before we order so you don't get a wheel that won't clear your big-brake kit.

Tire Pairing

A performance wheel deserves a performance tire. We stock summer performance and ultra-high-performance tires alongside our wheel selection so you can pair them and leave the same day. Bridgestone, Michelin, Pirelli, Continental — we carry the good stuff.

Balancing

Lightweight wheels show imbalance more noticeably than heavy stock wheels. We use road-force balancing equipment that finds imbalance that standard spin balancing misses — critical for performance applications.
