Dayton Wire Wheels
The original. Chrome-plated Daytons in standard spoke patterns. The classic lowrider look that holds its value.
Gold-Plated Wire Wheels
24k gold plating over chrome spoke construction. Eye-catching and durable — popular on Impalas, Cutlasses, and Regals.
100-Spoke Rims
The most common spoke count for street lowriders. Balanced look, proven durability, available in chrome and gold.
144-Spoke Rims
More spokes, more shimmer. A premium look that catches the light from every angle — favored for show cars.
Reverse Wire Wheels
Spokes that reverse angle away from the center — creates a deeper dish effect and unique visual stance.
Triple Gold Plated
Triple-plated for maximum depth and shine. For the build where standard gold isn't enough.
INSTALLATION DETAILS
Wire wheels require more than just a swap. Done wrong, they wobble, rub, or pull — and look wrong even if they don't cause problems. We've been doing this long enough to know the details that matter.
Lug Adapters
Most wire wheels use a built-in adapter system — a separate center piece that bolts to your factory hub pattern and accepts the wire wheel's centered lug. We source and fit the correct adapter for your vehicle so the wheel sits concentric every time.
Spoke Tension & Trueness
A wire wheel that isn't properly tensioned will go out of true quickly. We check spoke tension and wheel runout on every install — anything out of spec gets corrected before it goes on the car.
Low-Profile Tire Pairing
Wire wheels typically run low-profile tires — 45-series and 50-series are common. The sidewall stiffness matters for how the car sits and handles. We'll recommend the right tire spec for your setup and install them same-day.
Alignment After Install
Any wheel change should be followed by an alignment check, especially on lowered vehicles. Our Cherry Ave location has a full alignment rack and can dial in the car the same visit.
