A WRITTEN ESTIMATE BEFORE ANY WORK BEGINS
You'll never come back to a surprise. Before we touch your vehicle, you'll have a clear, itemized estimate in writing — parts, labor, taxes, and any fees included. If the scope changes, we stop and call you first.
WE SHOW YOU THE WORN PART BEFORE WE REPLACE IT
If we say your brake pads are at 2mm, your tire has cord showing, or your strut is leaking — we'll walk you to the bay and show you. You shouldn't have to take our word for it. You should be able to see it with your own eyes.
FINAL PRICE = QUOTED PRICE
The number we quote you is the number you pay. No mystery shop fees, no surprise valve stems, no "while we were in there" add-ons. If something genuinely changes mid-job, we stop and get your approval before going further.
BILINGUAL SERVICE — SPANISH OR ENGLISH
Whichever language you're more comfortable in, that's the language we'll use. Every estimate, every explanation, every conversation. You should never feel like you're missing important information about your own vehicle.
HONEST SECOND OPINIONS — EVEN IF YOU DON'T BUY FROM US
Got a quote from another shop and not sure if it's fair? Bring it in. We'll inspect your vehicle and tell you straight — whether the work is needed, what it should cost, and whether you should let them do it. No pressure to switch shops. No hard sell.
WE WON'T RECOMMEND WORK YOU DON'T NEED
Our technicians don't work on commission. Nobody here gets a bigger paycheck for selling you brakes you don't need or struts that aren't worn. If we recommend it, it's because your vehicle actually needs it — period.
